Toss Bank recorded KRW 96.8B net profit in 2025, up ~112% from KRW 45.7B in 2024 — second consecutive year of annual profit. Deposits exceeded KRW 30 trillion for the first time. Customer base expanded to 14.23M. Delinquency rate improved from 1.19% to 1.11%.

In March 2024, Rhee Eun-mi became the first female president of an internet-only bank in Korea upon her appointment as CEO and President of Toss Bank, bringing over two decades of global banking experience across HSBC, Deutsche Bank, and DGB Daegu Bank.

Prior to joining Toss Bank, Rhee headed the strategic planning division at DGB Daegu Bank and led the task force that successfully converted the regional lender into a nationwide commercial bank — Korea's first regional-to-national banking license in 32 years.
